Once Upon a Time

Once Upon a Time

By: Sarah Whitney Little

The Deadly Fairies

Once upon a time there was a little girl named Sarah. She was a very curious little girl. One day she walked into the ‘Forbidden Forest’ and found a rock. Sarah picked up the rock and made a wish! After, she made the wish she threw the rock in the water.

The next day her wish had come true BUT, in a bad way! The fairies she wished for were evil fairies. They tripped people, misguided them, hurt them, and made them mad. Poor little Sarah was so scared for the people around her. She didn’t want them to get hurt.

Soon Sarah got sucked into the act and she started to lead the fairies into mischief. The whole town was miserable. Sarah thoroughly enjoyed the pain. She was an orphan so she had no one to stop her.

Sarah found more and more evil fairies. Eventually, they took over the world!

The End

The Return of the Black Doll
Once upon a time there was a little girl named Anna. She was a very snooty, all-that little girl that had a fortune from her parents’ death. Anna had a great, very expensive doll that she called Zodda. Zodda had black clothing and very pale skin.

One day, when Anna was much too old for Zodda, she threw the doll in a river. After that, Anna went and bought a new doll that was way more expensive and way better than Zodda.

That night, while Anna was sleeping, Zodda came into her room with a rock. Zodda wished that the doll that Anna now had would disappear. And it did! Zodda slipped into Anna’s hands and fell back asleep, still holding the rock.

The next morning Anna got up and screamed! Her servants came immediately to the scene. They took the doll and buried it in a faraway land. Anna noticed the rock and went to the river behind her house. She wished upon the rock and threw it into the water.

Later that day, Anna’s wish had come true BUT, in a bad way. The money she wished for was fake and the new clothes she wished for were torn and dirty. Her servants completely took advantage of her being a lower rank and she had to work for them.

Poor Anna sat day after day on the ground and scrubbed and scrubbed until the sponge was torn to pieces. Taking her place was a young man, who was now king, named Sebastian.
The End
The King of Darkness
Once upon a time there was a young man named Sebastian. He was the king of the country. All of the people that weren’t under Sarah’s control worshiped him. He was a very handsome, smart, and rich young man.

One day he was fishing in the creek behind his house. He had caught something! It was a rock… Sebastian wished on the rock and skipped on the water.

The next day his wish came true BUT, in a bad way. Sebastian wished for a queen that was happy and loved the people. He didn’t get a loving queen; he got Sarah, the queen of darkness! She got him to become dark and evil and rule the world with her and her dark fairies.

They had a secret wedding behind their house near the creek. After the wedding they went back to their normal routine.

Many changes were made to the palace. Sarah ordered Sebastian to fire Anna, a young hard-working slave. Both, the king and the queen, had black rings around their eyes and they were growing very pale.

All the people that worshiped King Sebastian were now demons or dark sorcerers. There was now graveyard any more. All the people who died became undead and worked in the castle. Sarah and Sebastian were VERY happy together and worked great together.

The End

These are stories that I am putting together to make a story book like thing. I am not done yet. These stories were insspired by The Grimm Fairy Tales and the work of Edward Gorey.

Socropolis

Socropolis
Chapter 1

I leapt gracefully over the border that separates the dark from light, better known as the Kisswee. Suddenly, I entered a land full of darkness. Gliding gracefully with my wings spread completely out, I arrived at Orc Tower. I was there for a certain reason, to see The Orc.

The Orc is not necessarily an orc. He is a king, a vampire. No one knows why he is called ‘The Orc’ but we do know that he gave it to himself when he was a little vampire. Another name that he is frequently called is ‘Sire’. The serpents gave him that name when he was crowned king. Also, no one knows what his real name is…

I shrunk myself so I could slip through the keyhole. I saw The Orc working at his desk, looking very seriously at the papers that lay in front of him. I tapped his shoulder and whispered in his ear, “Hello Sire, It’s me, Aerasuh.” He replied, “The coast is clear. You may now enlarge yourself.” I drank a quick potion and I grew and grew until I was just a little shorter than Sire. I ran up to him, just as he stood up, and hugged him. He smiled and hugged me back. “I snuck over here just after my parents left to the Ambell Ball.” “Ah yes, I would have asked you to go with me but I can’t be seen in Socropolis, on the light side, or with you.” “I would have gone with you.” We heard loud footsteps coming down the hall towards the room. I quickly shrank down to the size of a needle and Sire rushed back to his desk. The door flew open and hit the wall with a loud bang. A goblin stood at the door with many other creatures followed behind him. The goblin announced, “Sire, you have a package and a letter to go with it.” Sire got up and took the mail and sent the army of creatures away.

After finding out that a demon was hunting him down by the demand of Sire’s cousin, Tasole.

This is another story of mine. I just started today. I think that it is turning out to be a great story. I will write more and I will keep you all updated. But for now this is what I have.
Hope you enjoy it. =D

The Weeping Phoenix

This is called 'The Weeping Phoenix'. The tears sort of look like earrings... I was in a little rush, so this could have been better. I like it though! I created it on Photoshop while listening to 'The Fray'.

Ivy Dragon

This was created on Photoshop. It is called 'Ivy Dragon' because it has some of the colors of ivy and it has ivy wrapped around his horns. It has some flaws, I could've taken more time on it but it turned out pretty good.

Totally Abstract

I was just experimenting with Photoshop and I created this picture. I thought that it looked pretty cool, so I posted it on here. I'm not sure what it is, it is abstract. It could be a terrorizing tornado or dark and mysterious mountain that you are looking onto from the back of a dragon.
